Sky Partner Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the “Sky Partner” program by Total Fly.
1.1 Total Fly is a brand owned by Epyx SpA, headquartered at Via Bruno Buozzi, 5 – 27100 Pavia – Italy, VAT No. IT01932410184.
1.2 By enrolling in the Sky Partner program, the user agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Program Enrollment

2.1 Any company or individual who is at least 18 years of age is eligible to join the Partner program.
2.2 By submitting the enrollment request, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old and accept these terms and conditions.
2.3 Enrollment in the Sky Partner program is entirely free of charge and can be completed by following the instructions on the Total Fly website at https://www.totalfly.aero/it/total-fly-sky-partner.
2.4 Enrollment is free of charge.

3. Welcome Bonus

3.1 Upon enrollment, each user will receive a welcome bonus, defined based on ongoing promotions or direct agreements.
3.2 The bonus will be visible in the user account dashboard.
3.3 The bonus may only be used to book flights or services offered by Total Fly.
3.4 The bonus is not redeemable for cash.
3.5 The bonus must be used in a single transaction and may not cover an amount equal to or greater than the selected service.
3.6 Total Fly reserves the right to exclude certain services from bonus eligibility.

4. Cash-Back

4.1 The user will receive a percentage of cash-back on services purchased directly or through referred clients.
4.2 The applicable percentage and payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement.
4.3 Cash-back does not apply to VAT, airport taxes, luxury flights, de-icing services, contract amendments, third-party services without Total Fly commission, etc.
4.4 The user will be informed of the amounts on which cash-back is calculated.
4.5 Cash-back will be visible in the account dashboard.
4.6 It will only be paid once the contract is concluded without disputes.
4.7 It is not cumulative with other bonuses, offers, or discounts.

5. Program Duration

5.1 The program has an indefinite duration.
5.2 Total Fly may modify or terminate the program with 30 days’ notice via email or on the website.
5.3 In the event of termination or unaccepted modifications, the user may claim any remaining credit within 30 days.
5.4 The user may cancel their participation at any time by giving notice.

6. Program Use

6.1 The use of the program is personal.
6.2 The user must comply with these terms.
6.3 Improper use may result in the revocation of participation and benefits.
6.4 The user must not share their credentials with third parties.
6.5 The user may use Total Fly’s logo and promotional materials during the term of participation.

7. Liability

7.1 Total Fly shall not be held liable for any economic loss or indirect damages arising from the use of the program. The maximum liability shall be limited to the residual value of the cash-back.

8. Personal Data Protection

8.1 Personal data shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Privacy Policy.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 The user agrees to keep all information acquired during collaboration with Total Fly strictly confidential.
9.2 Enrollment in the program is confidential and will not be publicly disclosed by Total Fly.

Terms and Conditions of Total Fly Jet Cards

Total Fly Jet Cards are prepaid cards that allow the holder to access private aviation services and related benefits offered by Total Fly in a streamlined, exclusive, and dedicated manner.

The use of Jet Cards is reserved for private or corporate clients who, upon activation, enter into a contractual agreement with Epyx SpA – Total Fly, which governs all specific conditions relating to the card’s management, costs, booking procedures, usage limits, rates, applicable service fees, and enforceable clauses.

General Conditions

  • The Jet Card constitutes a prepaid credit that may be used to purchase private flights, charter services, helicopter transfers, cargo flights, air ambulance services, and other offerings provided by Total Fly.
  • The value of the card and the associated benefits (e.g., fee discounts, concierge services, booking priority) vary depending on the card tier: Private, Premium, or Elite.
  • The card has no expiration date, except as may be specified under certain promotions or contractual agreements. Credit remains available until fully used.
  • The Jet Card may be purchased and registered in the name of either a natural or legal person. It can be used to book services either for the cardholder or on behalf of third parties, in accordance with the terms of the contract.
  • Available credit is not refundable in cash. However, in the event of total non-use, it may be transferred to a new card, subject to approval by Total Fly.

Management and Activation

  • The Jet Card will be activated only upon confirmation of full payment. Accepted payment methods include: bank transfer, credit card, or cryptocurrency.
  • Activation will be confirmed via email, and the user will be granted access to the customer portal for credit management, booking, and transaction tracking.
  • Available balance can be viewed online at any time. A periodic transaction report will also be provided.

Individual Contract

All operational, financial, and service-related terms of the Jet Cards are governed by the individual contract executed between the client and Total Fly. Such contract holds legal value and constitutes the sole binding agreement regulating the relationship between the parties.

In the event of any inconsistency between this document and the provisions of the contract, the latter shall prevail. Each client is advised to carefully read the contractual terms prior to activating the card.
