The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Air Charter Broker to join our team. This role requires a strong background in sales, business development, and account management within the aviation or luxury travel industry. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, securing charter bookings, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.

• Handle incoming charter requests, providing tailored solutions that meet client needs.

• Proactively generate new business through networking, outreach, and referrals.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring exceptional service.

• Collaborate with operators and partners to secure the best aircraft options.

• Keep up with market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

• Maintain accurate records and track performance using CRM tools.

What We’re Looking For

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in air charter brokerage, luxury travel sales, or a similar high-end service industry.

• A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

• Residency in Italy and legal authorization to work in the EU.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.

• Excellent communication in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
